Sea Tech Ltd. elaborated a detailed design for modification of 'Volga' HF boat to improve seaworthiness and comfort for boating, tourism and runabout activities.

The first 'Strela' HF boat is constructed jointly by 'Sea Tech Ltd.' and Rybinsk Shipyard and delivered to a Dutch buyer in November 2011.
