The ST11H project boat (project code "Falcon") is a
high-speed vessel with lifting hydrofoils. The boat was built at the
Sokol Plant in Nizhny Novgorod and launched in 2013. Finishing work
was completed in 2017.
Falcon is an economical and comfortable motor boat, it can be
successfully used as a high-speed crew boat, a boat for sea and
river cruises, a water taxi (10
passengers).
The hydrodynamic scheme of the boat is characterized by increased
efficiency and comfortable movement in rough waters. Lifting
hydrofoils (developed by V.V. Volkov) significantly simplify
movement in shallow water, approach to an unequipped shore,
transportation of the boat, inspection and repair of the foils.
Currently, the vessel is operated on Lake Baikal.
