At the end of 2021, the construction of a series of modular houseboats "Raznezhie-7" began at the Sea Tech production site in Gorodets.

In May 2022, the launching, weighing and heeling operations of the first basic model of an open boat (option 1, "Pleisure boat") took place.

In November 2022, an open boat for fishing and recreation with an outboard motor was successfully tested.

In July 2024, the 2nd production boat (option 1) was launched.

Work is underway to create the following modifications: a semi-enclosed boat with a short canopy (option 3, "Cruise boat") and with a closed superstructure (option 4, "Houseboat").
