"Alpha-24" (project ST24HF) is a project of a modern, economical, high-speed vessel on lifting hydrofoils.

The hydrofoil can be used as a high-speed vehicle for transporting passengers, a traveling or pleasure boat.

Vessels with lifting wings are almost completely devoid of the operational disadvantages of conventional SPK with a stationary wing device and provide:
- movement in shallow water,
- approach to an unequipped shore,
- elimination of difficulties during transportation, basing and mooring,
- simplification of inspection and repair of wings,
- elimination of conditions for fouling of wings and cathode deposits on them.
